When most buyers go into home search mode - they may come up with 50+ listings to consider. It should go without saying that's too many homes to look at if you're limited on time! We will help you to narrow your search down to 20-25 houses, with these items in mind:

• Before coming into town, put your needs into one list. Then put your wants in another. When a home comes up short on your must-haves, it's one less house to look at.
• Have a predetermined price range. This could be based on loan pre-approval or a reasonable estimate of what you'll net from selling your current home.
• Think about drive time to work or other interests. Traffic in certain areas of Southern California can be different than what you're accustomed to, so let us know how much time you're ready to spend travelling each day.

Before we meet in person, we can send you recommendations for possible homes. Or you may already have some favorite listings you could share with us as a result of your own research. While seeing listing photos on the web is invaluable, there's nothing like visiting homes in person. We can schedule any necessary appointments with other Realtors or homeowners and map a route. By planning ahead, we can tour 8 to 10 homes in a single day.
